PROJECT - EXHIBITION

 

Topp & Dubio take part in this residency project in which international artists respond to the urban environment and social structures of the post industrial city of Charleroi. This years 4th edition takes place in Marchienne-au-Pont, the most affected part of Charleroi concerning social struggle caused by the crash of colemines and steelindustry.

Topp & Dubio present 'Le Problème Pourpre', a series of public interventions and site-specific installations.
